  • Responsibilities

    Temprary Cash Management Assistant position with a possible Temp-to-Hire opportunity.

    Summary: The Cash Management Assistant works in a fast paced environment, delivering superb customer service to business customers. Provides general support to the Cash Management team. Preforms general office duties, assists customers with business online access and problem resolution, monitoring and processing of returned deposited items. Performs assigned duties under the general supervision of the Cash Management Manager.

    Essential Functions:

    • Assists with the restructuring of business profiles that are utilizing the commercial internet banking and cash management services offered via the digital platform within APITURE.
    • Participates in testing of digital features for updated profiles and new services.
    • Carries out general clerical duties: answering telephone, preparing correspondence, filing, and data entry.
    • Performs the set-up process for online access to cash management services for business customers. Assists with questions and problems regarding cash management products and online services.
    • Monitors items deposited remotely for inconsistencies and suspicious activity. Processes returned deposited items as needed.
    • Prepares for customer inquiries by gaining knowledge of cash management products and services.
    • Assists with customer service needs for cash management customers.
    • Assists with documentation for annual reviews of cash management customers.
    • Participates and contributes to special projects as directed.
    • Refers customers to appropriate department for inquiries or other services.
    • Operates a company vehicle for local travel/delivery.
    • Required to lift/transport items including but not limited to branch scanning equipment.
    • All other reasonable duties as assigned.




    Required Education and Experience:

    • Excellent computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
    • Ability to prioritize and manage challenging deadlines;
    • Knowledge of internet and mobile banking;
    • High school diploma or equivalent;
    • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.


    Preferred Education and Experience:

    • Minimum of 1 year experience in business banking.


    Requirements for performing Essential Functions:

    On the job the employee may physically be required to bend, sit, reach above shoulder level, use finger movements, and handle objects (manual dexterity), . May be required to lift up to 35 lbs. The company requires the use of assistive devices or team lifting to help move or lift objects over 35 lbs. On the job the employee must mentally be able to read/comprehend, write, perform calculations, communicate orally, reason, and analyze. The position requires good eyesight and hearing, and frequent operation of a motorized vehicle.
