Summary: Performs a thorough review of legal documentation ensuring that risks are being managed through the consistent application of the bank’s policies, procedures as well as the adherence to all state and federal regulations. Evaluates results, provides feedback to the Loan Processors, Commercial Loan Officers, RA’s and/or management. Recommends process improvements to management. Assists in correcting operational inefficiencies and compliance gaps within the department.
